The governor’s workforce development initiative is both timely and focused on the opportunities and challenges in today’s economy. The Missouri workforce team wants to know what roles businesses have to fill as well as develop an understanding of the job requirements and position-specific training requirements. I know Governor Greitens is dedicated to making this a “paradigm shift” that will benefit all of us.
